Healing is not linear—and it’s never only physical. Breath Reset is a private, individualized session created to gently restore natural breathing patterns, support nervous system regulation, and reestablish trust and communication between the body and brain.

These sessions are grounded in safety, patience, and deep respect for where you are right now. Whether you are early in recovery or years into your healing journey, the breath remains one of the most powerful tools for calming the system, rebuilding connection, and creating internal stability.

As a certified breathwork instructor, trauma practitioner, and yoga educator—with lived experience navigating neurological and medical recovery—I bring both professional knowledge and embodied understanding into each session. This work is not about pushing or fixing. It is about slowing down, listening, and allowing the breath to reset what has been disrupted.
