In this 60-minute private one-on-one experience, we move at the pace of your body, your breath, and your nervous system. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, whether you are seeking grounding, healing, recovery, emotional release, stress relief, or a deeper connection to yourself.


We begin by listening—checking in with how your body feels, where your energy is resting, and what your system is asking for in this moment. From there, gentle, accessible movement is introduced to invite ease into the joints, muscles, and tissues, helping the body feel safe enough to soften. Movement may be subtle and slow, always guided by your comfort and capacity.


Breath is woven throughout the session as a guiding force. Through intentional, mindful breathing practices, we support regulation of the nervous system, increase oxygen flow, and create space for release—physically, mentally, and emotionally. The breath becomes an anchor, a bridge between body and mind, offering clarity, calm, and presence.
